BrandGrowthVector provides copywriting, content strategy, and conversion optimization services as described on our website. The scope of each engagement is defined in the project proposal or invoice accepted by the Client.

3. Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment is due in full before project commencement unless a milestone payment schedule is agreed upon
• Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue
• Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge
• BrandGrowthVector reserves the right to suspend work on overdue accounts

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership and usage rights to all deliverables produced under the agreement. BrandGrowthVector retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Revisions

Standard engagements include two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75 per round. Revisions must be requested within 14 calendar days of deliverable receipt.

6. Limitation of Liability

BrandGrowthVector's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Valladolid, Spain.

• Cancellation after work has commenced: refund for undelivered milestones only
• Service not delivered due to Company fault: full refund regardless of stage

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed and delivered work accepted by the Client
• Routine revisions beyond the agreed scope (additional rounds billed separately)
• Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the Client (e.g., stock images, tools)
• Projects delayed due to Client non-responsiveness exceeding 30 calendar days

3. Refund Process

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take up to 15 business days depending on your financial institution.

If a refund request is denied and the Client disagrees, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation shall take place in Valladolid, Spain.
